Terms of Sale

• All physical products, unless otherwise stated, are subject to a 30 day return policy (day one starts on the day that the shipment was received).

• Physical products that are returned must be in like new condition without any physical damage or blemishes.

• If product has been physically damaged or altered by the buyer in any way, it will not qualify for a return.

• In the case of a return, the buyer is responsible for paying for the return shipping.

• Physical products must be shipped back to Mad Electrician before the end of the 30 day return period to qualify for a refund (product must have began the journey back home to Mad Electrician during this time, though it doesn’t have to be received).

• If you would like to submit a return, please email Mad Electrician at Stephen@MadElectrician.com with the subject title “Return”. Please give a brief reason for wanting to make your return.

• If excess products were delivered, the buyer may reject all or any excess products. Any such rejected products shall be returned to Mad Electrician at Mad Electrician’s sole expense and risk. If buyer does not reject the products and instead accepts the delivery of products at the increased quantity, the price for the products shall be adjusted on a pro-rated basis to account for such excess products.
